We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage residential interior fit-out projects — from design release and in-house factory coordination to on-site execution and final handover.

Location: Mahadevapura, Bengaluru

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: 45,000 Take-Home / Month

Week Off: Sunday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage projects from design release to final handover.

Coordinate with sales, design, factory, production and execution teams.

Plan project schedules, budgets, manpower and material requirements.

Prepare BOMs, dispatch schedules and track material availability.

Supervise site teams, carpenters, contractors and vendors.

Ensure quality, timelines, safety and smooth project execution.

Handle client coordination, site issues, snag closure and progress reporting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5–6 years of proven experience in residential interior project management.

Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage and fit-out works.

Experience managing site teams, labour contractors and vendors.

Ability to read AutoCAD drawings; working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with turnkey interior firms or in-house manufacturing units is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive professional who can independently manage multiple projects, lead teams and deliver quality interiors on time and within budget.
