Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Oversee the full design process from concept development to project completion.
Develop and review innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
Ensure all design outputs maintain high standards in aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment.
Review and approve detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and design reviews, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Oversee the preparation of complete Interior Design (ID) packages and project documentation.
Supervise FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
