Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Egypt for an Interior Designer/Architect - 3D Design and Technical Drawings. The individual will be responsible for creating detailed technical and construction drawings, developing innovative interior design concepts, space planning, and ensuring the functional layout of interior and architectural projects. Collaborating with clients and team members, they will select FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) while ensuring aesthetic alignment. The role involves preparing and presenting 3D designs and ensuring project execution aligns with planned designs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and space planning with the ability to create functional and appealing layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Experience in the selection and specification of FF&E, and flair for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
• Proficiency in relevant design and 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage timelines effectively.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
