The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality interior concepts and design solutions for a private office and its affiliated businesses. The role will support a variety of projects, including offices, commercial spaces, hospitality, residential properties and other group requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, material selections and design specifications.
- Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Review finishes, furniture, lighting, joinery and decorative elements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor implementation against approved designs.
- Source suitable materials, furniture and suppliers within approved budgets.
- Manage multiple design assignments across different group businesses.
- Ensure all designs reflect the required quality, functionality and brand image.
- Use modern digital and AI-assisted tools to support concept development and visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio covering commercial, office, hospitality or residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape or similar tools.
- Strong coordination, presentation and project-management skills.
- Ability to work discreetly within a confidential private-office environment.
