Job Summary

As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our venues across the Eatx portfolio. Working closely with our Founder, Operations, and Project teams, you will develop thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling hospitality spaces that reflect the unique identity of each brand. From new venue openings to refurbishments and day-to-day design improvements, you'll help bring our concepts to life.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for new and existing Eatx venues
• Produce mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and presentation decks
• Prepare technical drawings, space planning, and design documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and execution meet brand standards
• Source furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, and décor
• Manage project timelines and support multiple fit-outs simultaneously
• Ensure all designs balance aesthetics, functionality, operational efficiency, and budget

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of interior design experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, hotels, or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality or commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and space planning
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
