Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing FF&E schedules, material boards, and mood presentations.
- Support in sourcing and selecting furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories aligned with the design direction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for samples and technical details.
- Maintain and update the FF&E library and materials database.
- Prepare specification sheets and related documentation.
- Coordinate internally with the design and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in FF&E or interior design support (luxury or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and international furniture brands.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.
