Interior Designer Head

WE'RE HIRING | INTERIOR DESIGNER HEAD – DUBAI

Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Interior Designer for a leading Architectural Engineering & Consulting Firm in Dubai.

We are looking for a creative and technically strong designer with experience in high-rise and large-scale interior projects, along with strong Revit expertise and proven Dubai project experience.

Location: Dubai

Position: Senior Interior Designer

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Salary: Open / Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through execution.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed Revit drawings, plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, joinery details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage design deliverables, project timelines, and technical coordination.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Prepare and review FF&E schedules, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
• Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of interior design experience.
• Mandatory Dubai project experience.
• Mandatory experience working on high-rise projects.
• Experience with an interior design consultancy / architectural consulting firm preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, joinery, and construction detailing.
• Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and project execution.
