Responsibilities
Home Furnishing & Design Solutions
- Create functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable home furnishing designs aligned with the organization's design standards.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer lifestyles, budgets, space requirements, and preferences.
- Develop personalized layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using approved products and materials.
- Recommend innovative, space-saving, and multi-functional solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
- Stay updated on product ranges, design trends, sustainability practices, and new tools relevant to interior design.
B2B Design Projects
- Collaborate with business clients (restaurants, offices, retail, hospitality, etc.) to create tailored design concepts aligned with their brand identity.
- Prepare commercially viable design proposals incorporating suitable furniture and dcor solutions.
- Partner with the sales team to present concepts and support in winning B2B projects and contracts.
Customer Interaction & Sales Support
- Guide customers through a seamless design journey using active listening and clear communication.
- Provide design insights that enhance customer satisfaction and support sales conversions.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure product availability and appropriate design recommendations.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement design concepts while meeting brand and quality standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects from concept to completion.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT and relevant design tools.
