Interior Designer (Rhino proficiency)

Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 25,000–30,000 per month (Depending on experience and profile)

Locri Recruitment is working with a highly design-focused developer in Dubai that is looking to appoint Interior Designers to join a small, collaborative creative interior design team.

The focus is on big ideas, concept development, spatial thinking and creating memorable experiences. The team is looking for designers who are naturally curious, visually driven and confident turning an initial idea into a strong design narrative.

The Role

As an Interior Designer, you will be involved across the creative design process, with a strong emphasis on:

• Developing concepts and design narratives from the initial idea
• Space planning and developing thoughtful spatial experiences
• Sketching and communicating ideas visually
• Creating design presentations, visualisations and look & feel studies
• Developing innovative and creative interior design solutions
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including marketing
• Contributing to projects where creativity and design quality are central to the outcome

About You

We are looking for a designer with:

• 4–8+ years of interior design experience
• A genuinely creative and concept-driven approach
• Strong sketching and visual communication skills
• Excellent spatial planning and design-thinking ability
• Strong experience developing concepts and visualisations
• Rhino proficiency
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and individuality
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team
• UAE experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from designers currently based internationally who are open to relocating to Dubai.
