A leading kitchen and furniture company is currently looking for a qualified Full-Time Interior Designer / Sales Executive for its Kitchen / furniture division
The candidates must met the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (professional certificates is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Interior Design background or experience in furniture store sales
- English Language is required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers and clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Meets with Clients to discuss and determine interior design requirements.
- Advise Clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment and color coordination.
- Develops and interprets the Clients needs into rough plans.
- Use computer aided design software (such as CAD, 3DMax and other design software) to create models and visuals.
- Prepares the detailed plans, diagrams and sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lightings and furnishings.
- Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.
- Estimates material requirements and costs, and present it to Client for approval.
- Corresponds with suppliers for various materials and products.
- Inspects and supervise the work progress to ensure the quality and safety standards cost deadlines are met.
- Resolves technical as well as other issues due to site condition while execution.
- Conducts Site visits and site coordination whenever necessary
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
- Reports to the Management as and when required.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
