Key Responsibilities
Design Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and
preferences for kitchens, wardrobes, laundry rooms, and vanities.
Project Proposals: Create detailed designs, layouts, and 3D presentations
to communicate ideas effectively.
Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with
clients, and drive revenue growth.
Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the
entire design and sales process.
Knowledge of Winner App: Utilize Winner Design Software to develop
designs and proposals (knowledge in this tool is a plus).
Collaboration: Work closely with the production and installation teams to
ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials,
and technology in the interior design industry.
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Interior Design,
Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design and sales,
preferably in a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or
similar) and familiarity with Winner Design Software is a plus.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building
client relationships.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding
client experiences.
UAE Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory.
