Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Professional - Projects and Operations, based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will oversee and manage end-to-end project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, optimizing operations, and implementing strategies for process improvements. The role also involves preparing detailed operational and project reports, addressing challenges, and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Project Management and Operations Management skills, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
  • Experience with Process Improvement, Workflow Optimization, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Team Leadership and Cross-functional Coordination abilities
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficiency in tools and software for project tracking and reporting
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Prior experience in real estate, construction, or a related sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
