Job Title: Sales & Design Consultant (Interior Design Background)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Design Consultant with a strong background in interior design. In this role, you will not just close deals, but act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, interior designers, and contractors. You will leverage your design expertise to understand client needs, read blueprints, and propose innovative layout solutions using premium Solid Surfaces and Corian materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Growth: Direct outdoor/indoor sales, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into successful high-end projects.
Design Consulting: Guide clients through material selection, color palettes, and functional layouts for kitchens, integrated washbasins, and custom furniture.
Blueprint & Render Review: Analyze architectural blueprints and 3D renders to ensure solid surface designs are technically feasible and visually stunning.
B2B Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong networks with engineering firms, contracting companies, and independent interior designers.
Estimation & Quotations: Calculate material quantities based on drawings and prepare accurate cost estimations and commercial proposals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in interior design sales, high-end furniture, custom kitchens, or luxury building materials (Experience with Corian/Solid Surfaces is a huge plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding design software outputs such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or SketchUp.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for high-end clientele.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (essential for reading technical specifications and drawings).
