Interior Project Manager

We are recruiting a Fit Out Lead to join a leading contractor on a landmark theatre project in Riyadh — a highly complex, high-specification build at the forefront of cultural development in the Kingdom.

This role will take ownership of the internal fit-out works across the theatre, including acoustics, specialist lighting, HVAC systems, seating installation, and high-end finishes. It requires a candidate with deep technical understanding and experience delivering precision-driven, performance-critical environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating specialist subcontractors, managing interfaces between complex systems, and ensuring all elements are delivered to exacting quality and performance standards. A key focus will be on sequencing, integration, and commissioning readiness, ensuring the theatre meets stringent operational and acoustic requirements.

We are looking for someone who is both a clear communicator and highly proactive, able to drive progress on site while maintaining tight control over quality and detail. Experience on theatres, auditoriums, cultural buildings, or similarly high-specification fit-out projects is strongly preferred.
