Your Contribution to Our Growth

As an Intermediate SDET at Aquanow, you'll play a hands-on role in helping us scale and strengthen the testing infrastructure behind our digital asset platform. Working alongside developers, product managers, and QA leads, you'll contribute to building and maintaining automated tests that support a multi-platform environment. You'll help drive quality throughout the development cycle by increasing automation coverage, and supporting regular sprint activities with thoughtful planning and execution.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role out of our Dubai office.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain an automated test infrastructure for a multi-platform product that will be used to validate all aspects of product operation.
• Increase the automation of tasks and expand test coverage through both new and existing infrastructure.
• Integrate with CI infrastructure to establish a continuous build and test cycle.
• Be part of the agile team; help thoroughly define, plan and test each task that is part of the sprint.
• Manage QA and automation workflows with a mindset of continuous improvement and scalability.
• Develop integration tests that reflect real-world business logic and use cases.

We'd Love to See

• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with experience in an SDET or QAE role.
• Experience with software testing across multiple domains - frontend, backend, performance & security testing.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or Node.js.
• Experience with automated software testing.
• Experience with Agile workflow - working with product owners defining, and refining user stories.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Knowledge of QA workflow automation tooling, such as GitHub actions, CI/CD systems
• Experience working with AWS.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in an SDET or QAE role.
• Background in digital payment/financial industry and/or interest in cryptocurrency.
• Creative, independent, self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
