Support recipe development in line with approved project briefs
Assist during factory trials, process validation, and related documentation
Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
Support shelf‑life studies, pHACCP, pQMS activities, and product specification validation
Assist with SAP-related activities, including material codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Product & Process Improvement
Support process optimisation and line performance improvement initiatives
Participate in cost optimisation and process efficiency projects
Support product launches, start‑ups, and post‑launch performance reviews
People & Knowledge Development
Participate in shop‑floor learning and continuous improvement activities
Support training sessions and best‑practice sharing initiatives within the factory

Additional Requirements
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Chemical Engineering- preferred recent graduated
Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa under their own sponsorship
Candidates must have valid medical insurance
A driving licence or a reliable means of transportation is preferred, as the factories are located in Jebel Ali / Dubai South, where public transport connectivity is limited
