Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Energy Transition Plan Execution: Assist in developing and implementing forward looking initiatives, contributing to DP World's decarbonization targets.
- Sustainable Fuels: Collaborate with Port & terminals, Logistics & Marine fuels to identify the deployment of alternate sustainable fuels.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze Co2 performance data using Excel and Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with internal teams (HSE, Sustainability, Finance etc.) to support integration of the decarbonization roadmap and business planning.
- Quantitative & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI, with experience handling large datasets.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with decarbonization principles, renewable energy, and sustainable fuel pathway.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement through innovative approaches.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Recent graduate or young professional with a degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.
- Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Be Proficient in written communication.
- Has a passion for sustainability and an eagerness to learn about cutting-edge decarbonization strategies.
Duration of Internship: 3 months with immediate start, fulltime onsite role.
