- Responsible for Operations project assigned during Internship.

Qualification, Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering.
- Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
- Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
- Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
- Proving a high-level comprehension of the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
- A team player, open with information and willingly contributes to team discussions with an ability to work without supervision when required.
- Additional foreign languages knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Quick learner with ability to master new areas.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
