THE TEAM

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and guest-focused environment. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside experienced hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to restaurant operations while developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in luxury hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support the delivery of memorable dining experiences by providing attentive and personalized service to guests. Through daily interaction with guests and associates, you will gain valuable operational experience while contributing to the success of the restaurant. This role is ideal for individuals seeking practical hospitality experience and a strong foundation in luxury food and beverage service.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with Rosewood's service standards.
• Take guest orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  

COULD THIS BE YOU

• You are currently studying hospitality or a related field, or are eager to begin a career in the hospitality industry.
• You have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating meaningful guest experiences.
• You are a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and can remain organized while managing multiple tasks.
• You communicate confidently in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
• You are eager to learn, take initiative, and develop your knowledge of luxury food and beverage operations.
