Internship Overview Investment Operations Intern
The Investment Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operational activities of the investment team, ensuring the accurate processing, recording, and monitoring of investment transactions. This role provides hands-on exposure to portfolio management processes, reconciliation activities, and investment reporting within a structured and controlled environment.
The intern will assist in maintaining investment records, supporting settlement processes, and ensuring data accuracy across systems, while working closely with internal teams such as finance, risk, and compliance, as well as external stakeholders including custodians and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and recording investment transactions (e.g., trades, subscriptions, redemptions)
- Support the maintenance of portfolio records and investment databases
- Reconcile investment data, cash positions, and transaction records to ensure accuracy
- Assist in preparing portfolio reports and performance summaries
- Monitor and track investment activities and operational workflows
- Support settlement processes and follow up on pending transactions
- Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and investment documentation
- Assist with compliance and regulatory checks under supervision
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance) and external parties (custodians, brokers)
- Identify and report data discrepancies or operational issues
- Support general administrative and operational tasks within the investment operations team

Qualifications & Skills
