About the Role
PureHealth is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Organization Development & Culture to support key initiatives that shape the organization's structure, workforce capabilities, and employee experience. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to organisation design, skills transformation, culture development, and employee engagement while working closely with experienced HR professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
The successful candidate will contribute to projects that help build future-ready ways of working and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Development (OD)
- Support the development and maintenance of PureHealth's Job Description (JD) Catalogue.
- Assist in creating and updating modern, skills-based job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives and future workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with business functions to identify critical skills, competencies, and capabilities required for current and future roles.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support organization design and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for organization development projects.
- Assist the OD team with data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting related to organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, campaigns, and cultural activities from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate event logistics, communications, vendor requirements, and participant engagement activities.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
- Support ongoing culture-building programs and help track engagement outcomes and feedback.
- Assist with communications and promotional materials related to engagement and culture initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and employee engagement initiatives.
