Key Responsibilities

• Telesales of holiday packages and travel services

• Lead generation and outreach for new corporate accounts

• Engage with customers, understand requirements, and convert leads into sales

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

• Participate in training sessions and contribute to team targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest and aptitude in sales, telesales, and marketing

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work proactively

• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Passion for the travel and tourism industry
