Internal Audit Associate - UAE National

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Document key processes and support risk assessment activities
• Engage with external audit providers and various business functions
• Leverage data analytics tools like Power BI and Excel to enhance audit insights
• Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit function

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in audit (external or internal), preferably within financial services or asset management
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate audit findings concisely and effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, non-hierarchical environment and pivot as needed
