Internal Audit Manager- Operations (IAD)

Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute operational audit engagements across banking functions.
• Assess internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform audit assignments independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in internal Audit.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
