Position Title - Internal Audit Project Manager

Employment Type - Full Time Role

Work Location - Dubai, UAE.

We are supporting a confidential hiring mandate for a large multinational organization with regional operations across the Middle East.

The role is based in Dubai and sits within a regional Internal Audit function, with responsibility for managing and delivering end-to-end audit projects across multiple countries.

This position involves leading audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork execution, and reporting, as well as contributing to audits covering new or complex business activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in strengthening governance, risk, and compliance practices across the region.

Ideal profile:

Strong experience in internal or external audit within large international organizations

Background from Big Four firms or multinational environments is highly preferred

Solid understanding of audit, compliance, and financial controls

Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is an advantage

Comfortable working independently on regional or international assignments

Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
