Brief Responsibilities:
- Deliver important messages and campaigns
- Update, review, and approve digital internal messages on various platforms
- Collaborate closely with HR team
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Marketing, HR, IT, and stakeholders
- Advise on campaign alignment and ensure they support company goals and culture
- Lead company programs and oversee communication plans, like transformation initiatives
- Create engaging content to support company objectives and culture
- Manage digital transformation projects and Intranet revamp
- Plan and deliver annual content for external communication channels
- Serve as the internal communication representative during crisis
- Continuous Improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications or related field.
