Are you passionate about engaging employees, creating a sense of belonging, and driving impactful internal communication Join AKI's fast-moving, innovative, and people-centric Group Communications team to help connect our employees across different businesses and bring our corporate culture to life. We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive who will play a key role in shaping our internal engagement, storytelling, and communication strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with business priorities.
  • Support company-wide initiatives, town halls, and employee engagement programs.
  • Create and manage content for the AKI Sphere Employee App, ensuring high engagement.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to communicate key company updates.

Content Development:

  • Draft and edit internal newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, blogs, and digital updates.
  • Support leadership in communicating AKI's vision, mission, and key priorities.
  • Highlight employee success stories and initiatives to strengthen company culture.

Events & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute internal events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Support initiatives such as leadership Q&As, town halls, and internal forums.
  • Develop internal campaigns that boost morale, company values, and collaboration.

Measurement & Feedback:

  • Track internal communication engagement and sentiment to enhance effectiveness.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve internal communication impact.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with internal communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
