Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Develop and Execute Communication plan:
Create a comprehensive internal communication plan in alignment with the bank's strategy
2- Content Creation and Management
3- Stakeholder Collaboration:
4- Internal Campaigns Planning and Execution:
5- Internal Communication Channels Management:
Ongoing development and enhancement of the bank's communication channels and content
1- Intranet: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Bank's intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with Bank strategy.
2- Managing the content / messages: Development for the bank's internal communication calendar in coordination with all internal stakeholders to provide employees with timely updates and announcements
3.Digital Newsletters: Creating engaging and informative newsletters to streamline communications generated by other functions.
4. Staff Events Managements: Facilitating and coordinating internal events to allow engagement and effective participation.
5. Digital channels: maximize the use of digital channels across the bank and branches to showcase news and disseminate key messages to employees.
6. Social Media: Contribute to the bank social media presense by coordinating with the social media team to develop stories reflecting the bank culture, engagement and staff development.
6- Culture Building:
Support promoting the Bank culture among staff to reflect the values, ethics, Relationship model contributing to a positive work environment and a strong sense of unity among employees.
7- Change Management.
When required, support managing transitions smoothly by keeping employees informed, addressing concerns, and building support for change initiatives.
