About the Role:
Our client, one of the leaders in the payments/technology industry, is seeking a Employee and Executive Communications Manager to join their regional communications team. You will support the delivery of internal communication strategies, engaging employees across multiple markets and driving alignment with business priorities in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal communications to drive employee engagement and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Deliver regional communication programs and campaigns across multiple markets.
- Manage internal communication channels, including intranet and employee engagement platforms.
- Create high-quality content such as announcements, articles, and leadership communications.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events (e.g., Town Halls, All Hands).
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide communication guidance and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 6–8+ years experience in employee/internal communications (agency and/or in-house).
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with strong copywriting and editing ability.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering communication strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
