Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical team at a luxury medical center located in one of the most prestigious areas in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an expert in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide spectrum of acute and chronic adult illnesses, excelling in complex diagnostics, long-term disease management, and preventative health strategies, while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care for adults, including the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of internal organ systems.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory disorders.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and track diagnostic tests including laboratory work, imaging, and electrocardiograms.
- Focus on preventative medicine by screening for health risks and educating patients on lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and specialists to provide integrated patient care.
- Ensure strict adherence to medical ethics and Qatari regulatory healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or an equivalent Specialization Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical expertise in adult primary care and complex disease management.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a professional multidisciplinary team.
- Locally available in Qatar.
Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid MOPH (DHP) License (Qatar).
