This is a full-time remote role for an Internal Verifier. The Internal Verifier will be responsible for overseeing the assessment processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards. Daily tasks include evaluating assessment results, providing feedback and guidance to assessors, maintaining detailed records, and supporting the improvement of assessment methods. This role also involves collaborating with trainers and assessors to ensure consistency and quality.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and standards in assessment
• Experience in reviewing, evaluating, and providing feedback on assessments
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with remote work tools and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Relevant certification or qualifications in assessment and verification (e.g., Internal Verifier Award or equivalent) is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is beneficial
