Title: Internal YARDI Lead
Duration: 1 Year Contract with possible extension

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on YARDI experience, including implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong knowledge of YARDI Voyager modules (Residential, Commercial, AP/AR, GL, Budgeting, etc.)
- Proficient in SQL, report creation (YSR, SSRS), and data analysis
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive consensus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
- Experience on Integrations with Salesforce
Preferred:
- Experience with YARDI integrations and APIs
- Knowledge of property development, leasing, and FM business processes
- Prior exposure to enterprise applications like Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, or Informatica
- PMP or Agile certification (nice to have)
