Responsibilities
Academic Seminars & Experiential Programs
- Coordinate international academic and experiential programs from planning to completion.
- Prepare itineraries, manage logistics, and oversee travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, and local coordination.
- Manage visa processing and liaise with embassies, travel agencies, and external partners.
- Prepare program documentation and manage participant communications.
- Escalate emergencies, incidents, and compliance issues promptly.
- Plan and deliver short-term academic and cultural programs for visiting university groups.
- Source relevant academic and cultural activities and coordinate local partners.
- Manage logistics, visas, and documentation for visiting groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in global education, higher education, or international programs.
- Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
- High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
