Arturo Palomba Art Gallery is seeking an International Art Curator to develop and coordinate an artistic program across Dubai, Berlin, and Naples. The role includes planning exhibitions and art fair participation, supporting and promoting our artists, and introducing them to international collectors and foreign markets.

We are looking for a professional with curatorial experience, international vision, and strong relationship-building skills, capable of combining artistic quality with commercial development.

Main responsibilities:

Develop the gallery's artistic program, organize exhibitions and fairs, scout and promote artists, and build relationships with collectors, institutions, and partners.

Requirements:

Experience in galleries, curatorial work, art advisory, or art fairs; fluent English; strong organizational and networking skills; willingness to travel between Dubai, Berlin, and Naples.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + commissions
