Job Title: International Human Resources Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an International HR Specialist to support global HR operations and ensure smooth coordination across international employees and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage international HR processes including onboarding and mobility support

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across regions

• Ensure compliance with international HR policies and procedures

• Support employee relations for international staff

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

• Assist in HR reporting and workforce data management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

• At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in international environments

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Arabic and English are required
