This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an International Off-Plan Client Advisor - Russian | European Speaker. The role involves managing customer inquiries, building client relationships, providing tailored property solutions, and guiding clients through off-plan real estate transactions. The advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience, handle documentation efficiently, and work to exceed customer satisfaction goals.

• Proven skills in Client Relations and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service expertise to provide a premium client experience
• Knowledge of Insurance processes as they pertain to real estate transactions is an advantage
• Fluency in Russian or other European languages, along with proficiency in English
• Experience in real estate or property advisory services is preferred
• Capability to work independently in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
