Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Patient Network Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing relationships with international patients, assisting them in navigating their medical journey, and coordinating travel, accommodations, and hospital stays. Additional responsibilities include liaising with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless patient care, analyzing patient needs, driving sales efforts, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional support to international patients.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to offer tailored solutions and effectively promote medical tourism services.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess patient needs, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Finance for assisting in cost calculations and negotiating agreements with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of medical tourism operations and familiarity with accredited healthcare providers in Egypt is a plus.
