About The Role

Paylink Global Payments Limited is looking for an experienced International Payment Business Development Manager to expand our payment business across Europe.

This role focuses on merchant acquisition, payment channel development, and strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and payment institutions.

Candidates with payment industry resources and European market connections are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand payment business in European markets
  • Build and maintain merchant and payment partner relationships
  • Develop payment channel resources (PSPs, acquiring banks, payout partners)
  • Onboard merchants and support payment integration
  • Conduct market research and identify business opportunities 6.Achieve merchant growth and transaction volume targets

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above (Finance / Business / Sales preferred)

2.25 years of payment industry business development experience

  • Experience in cross-border payments / PSP / merchant acquiring
  • Existing payment industry resources are required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Outgoing personality and strong networking ability
  • Willing to travel and relocate overseas

Language Requirements

  • English (mandatory)
  • One additional language preferred (Russian / Ukrainian / Georgian / Turkish / Chinese)
