The Role

You'll manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. The ideal profile is proactive, organized, and driven by delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage recruitment across tech, operations, and commercial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align hiring priorities and timelines.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment metrics.
• Deliver consistent, transparent communication to candidates.
• Track and report hiring performance and market insights.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, international business.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
