Job Purpose
To coordinate and execute all overseas recruitment processes with recruitment agencies, embassies, and clients, while monitoring candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from receiving the recruitment request until their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely execution, compliance with applicable regulations, and achievement of the department's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordination with Recruitment Agencies
- Receive and follow up on workforce requests from clients.
- Send recruitment requests to overseas recruitment agencies.
- Follow up on candidate nominations and ensure their qualifications match job requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on agency performance and recruitment progress.
2. Candidate Process Management
- Review and screen resumes/CVs.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up on the issuance and signing of job offers.
- Monitor candidates medical examination procedures.
- Follow up on visa issuance and other required permits.
- Coordinate airline ticket issuance and travel scheduling.
- Monitor candidates arrival and ensure completion of reception and onboarding procedures.
3. Coordination with Government Authorities and Embassies
- Communicate with embassies and consulates when required.
- Follow up on the requirements of overseas labor offices (POLO, MWO, and other relevant authorities).
- Monitor the issuance of required attestations and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and other relevant authorities.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Update candidate records in the company's recruitment system.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of candidate data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor overseas recruitment KPIs.
- Archive all recruitment documents electronically.
5. Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries regarding the status of recruitment requests.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment and deployment progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.
Authorities
- Communicate directly with overseas recruitment agencies.
- Follow up with embassies regarding recruitment procedures.
- Request required documents from clients and candidates.
- Submit recommendations regarding recruitment agency performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Human Resources
- International Relations
- English Language (Must)
- Or a related discipline.
Experience
- No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Work Environment
- Work Location: Head Office.
- The role may require communication with overseas recruitment agencies outside regular working hours due to time zone differences.
- Occasional travel may be required to participate in overseas recruitment campaigns when necessary.
