Role Overview

Wycon Cosmetics Product & Marketing Department in Dubai UAE is looking for an International Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support regulatory compliance and market access activities, ensuring that cosmetic products meet all applicable local and international requirements.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to product registration processes, technical documentation management, and new market openings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Regulatory Affairs & International Compliance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of cosmetic products for international markets.
  • Support new market entry activities by assessing regulatory requirements and documentation needs.
  • Monitor and interpret national and international regulatory updates relevant to the cosmetics industry.
  • Review formula, claims, labeling, and INCI compliance according to local regulations.
  • Manage and validate product notifications on regulatory portals
  • Prepare, update, and review technical and regulatory documentation, including:
    • Product Information Files (PIF)
    • Safety Assessments
    • SDS and technical documentation
    • Certificates of Free Sale / Certificates of Origin
  • Coordinate export documentation requests with distributors, partners, and local authorities.
  • Support artwork review and packaging validation for international markets.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, laboratories, suppliers, and external consultants.
Market Expansion Support

  • Analyze regulatory requirements for international product launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Graphic teams to ensure product and packaging compliance.
  • Support internationalization projects and product adaptation for specific markets.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in international Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs
  • Strong knowledge of Cosmetics Regulation
  • Familiarity with extra-EU regulations (Middle East, UK, USA, Asia, or LATAM is a plus).
  • Experience managing PIFs, CPNP notifications, and export documentation.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced international environments.
