As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for passionate and results-driven International Sales Managers to join our dynamic team.
The Opportunity:
This is a key role to drive growth and market penetration in international territories. You will be responsible for developing new markets, managing key distributors, and achieving sales targets for our premium medical imaging products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned international regions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, train, and manage a network of high-performing distributors and dealers.
- Provide strong sales and technical support to distributors, including product training, tender bidding, and key account management.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competition, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback for product and marketing strategies.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 50-70%) to build relationships, support partners, and close key deals.
- Represent CHISON at major international trade shows and medical conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven successful experience in international sales within the medical device industry. Experience with medical imaging equipment is highly preferred.
- Must have a solid background in managing and developing distributor networks across different cultural contexts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian) is a significant advantage depending on the region.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.
