We're hiring experienced International Student Recruitment Agents.
Wall Street English Dubai is expanding and is seeking professionals with proven experience recruiting and placing international students into English language programs. This role focuses on growing Dubai as a destination for English language study.
Positions are available both in Dubai (in person) and remotely.
Role overview:
- Recruit and place international students into English language programs in Dubai
- Promote Dubai as a destination for English language education
- Work with existing agent networks and develop new recruitment channels
- Support students through counselling, enrollment, and visa coordination
- Achieve agreed sales, enrollment, and revenue targets
Experience and requirements:
- Proven experience in international student recruitment (mandatory)
- Prior experience recruiting for English language programs (mandatory)
- Recruitment experience in one or more regions: South America, Russia, China, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and/or the Middle East
- Existing agent network or strong experience working with agent networks
- Knowledge of international student visa processes and admissions workflows
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused
- Personable, confident, and tele-friendly
This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates.
