Tax Manager | International Tax Required Experience

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading organization and oversee complex international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in offshore and international tax structures, with hands-on experience in Isle of Man and/or Cayman Islands tax, corporate structuring, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory activities across international and offshore jurisdictions.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate structures, holding companies, trusts, funds, and cross-border transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, economic substance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, regulators, and service providers.
• Support business expansion, M&A transactions, and restructuring initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes impacting offshore structures and international operations.
• Advise senior leadership on tax risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field

Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent)

7+ years of taxation experience with a strong focus on Isle of Man and/or Cayman Islands jurisdictions

Experience within professional services firms, family offices, investment groups, financial services, or multinational organizations

Strong knowledge of international tax, corporate structuring, economic substance regulations, and compliance frameworks

Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills
