Job Summary
One life Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Executive – International
Visa Sales & Global Packages to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in international visa sales and travel consultancy, with strong knowledge of global visa procedures, documentation requirements, and international holiday packages.
The candidate will be responsible for handling visa enquiries, converting leads into sales, providing travel solutions, and managing end-to-end customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
International Visa Sales & Consultation
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Visa Sales/Consultation within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of international visa processes, requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Handle visa enquiries for destinations including:
- Schengen Countries
- UK
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
- Asian & Middle East destinations
- Provide accurate visa consultation and guide clients through the application process.
- Review customer documents and ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Convert visa enquiries into confirmed applications and achieve sales targets.
Global Holiday Packages Sales
- Strong knowledge and experience in selling global holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized international travel solutions.
- Experience in handling destinations such as:
- Europe
- Asia
- Africa
- Americas
- CIS Countries
- Middle East
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and internal operations teams for smooth execution.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate business through leads, existing clients, corporate customers, and travel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service.
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in International Visa Sales and Travel Consultancy is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.
- Proven experience in selling global holiday packages.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- UAE travel industry experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
