Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Upselling Commissions based in New Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves identifying upselling opportunities, promoting suitable products or services, and meeting sales targets to earn commissions. Successful candidates will be expected to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering excellent Customer Experience
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a customer-focused approach
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is an advantage
