Your Tasks
- Support in formalizing and automating finance processes and developing missing control tools
- Develop a control tool in power BI or Access/Excel for Online Sales to Cash monthly reconciliations
- Partner with 3PL and logistics department to formalize, implement and automate inventory B2B and D2C inventory reconciliations and reportings
- Improve, formalize and automate our current B2B invoicing process
- Support the finance team in implementing new IT solutions for invoicing and inventory management
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in Finance, Business/ Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar
- Strong Excel skills to use advanced formula and PivotTables
- Knowledge of Power BI, Access or AI tools a plus
- Analytical thinking with the ability to structure processes
- Excellent English skills
- Curious and proactive mindset
