Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Internship in the Tourism Field (Call Center) at EET Global located in Cairo, Egypt. The Intern will be responsible for handling communication with customers, providing travel and tourism information, assisting with customer service inquiries, supporting sales activities, and contributing to marketing efforts within the call center environment.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Sales and Marketing understanding
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field
