Internship Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tamheer Program

Location: Jeddah

Internship Type: Full-time

Duration: 6 months

Near, a fast-growing technology company in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry and smart business solutions, is looking for driven and curious talents to join our Sales Development team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR) under the Tamheer Program.

This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and building meaningful client relationships. Designed to equip talented graduates with hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, and data-driven sales growth, the Tamheer Program enables interns to research markets, identify potential clients, and craft personalized outreach strategies that align with Near's innovative approach to B2B growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Study the market and analyze customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to introduce the Company's digital solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and present the appropriate solutions and services.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and document all sales activities using the approved systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor sales activities, prepare periodic reports, and submit the necessary recommendations.
  • Monitor competitors, analyze their activities, and propose opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve the Company's objectives.

We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, lead generation tools, and digital productivity platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented startup environment.
  • A genuine curiosity to learn about markets, customer behavior, and sales processes.
