Marketing
In charge of implementing Marketing Plans and strategic priorities by channel for the Middle East. Acts as brand guardian to ensure that local strategy is in line with Global DNA and guidelines.
Drive key bet launch plans in close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring timely on counter dates and 360 launch across all touchpoints and monitors the performance of all new launches quantitatively and qualitatively, suggesting corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate development and execution of strategic, tailor made retailers plans driven by consumer centricity (in collaboration with the Trade Executive)
Responsible to keep the master assortment ( skincare/make-up/fragrance) updated and to keep all the stakeholders (internal/external) on the same page
Responsible for up-to-date product listings and assets (for both online/offline)
Budget, Forecast, Pricing Management and Analysis
Manage Marketing A&P budget. Ensure marketing spending is in line with budget and focused on ROI.
Supports with novelty forecasts. Review and challenge submitted quantities based on historical data and consumer insights. Submit forecasts in a timely manner and ensure proper tracking of forecasted vs ordered quantities, managing and reducing unconsumed quota.
In charge of novelty pricing and pricing revisions, in line with existing lines as well as brand guidelines and expected margins, ensuring profitability.
Analyze and review category and subline weight of business on a monthly basis, to measure effectiveness and impact of executed campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis
Creates monthly report on Brand Retail performance by country/channel/category, as well as brand's and competition's key activities, and issues recommendations on required action plans.
Analyses brand's pillar franchises/SKUs on a monthly basis and issues recommendations on actions accordingly.
Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities in regards to local relevancy needs or portfolio gaps, through market visits, distributor and BA feedback as well as competition insights.
Responsible for monthly reports, launch decks and post campaign reports to be shared with EMEA in a timely manner.
PO support (raising/tracking) for Marketing related activities (in consistency with the A&P budget)
Profile
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or any related field. Knowledge of the Middle East market and consumer will be considered as a plus
Successful track record of managing and executing 360° marketing plans
Experience in adapting to challenges, fostering culture of excellence, and guiding communications with main stakeholders: regional office, Global brand holder, distribution partners and retailers
Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills and great presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (high expertise in both excel and PowerPoint is required)
Proficient communication in English. Arabic is a plus
